Elite Garage Screens Terms & Conditions
1. Installation Services
Elite Garage Screens provides professional installation services for retractable garage screens throughout the North Island of New Zealand. Our installations are performed by trained technicians to ensure quality and proper function of all screen systems.
Installation timeframes depend on product availability, scheduling, and weather conditions. We will provide an estimated timeframe at the time of booking, but please understand that some factors may be beyond our control.
2. Warranty Information
All installed screen systems come with a manufacturer's warranty covering materials and workmanship. Standard warranty periods are as follows:
- Frame components: 5-year limited warranty
- Screen material: 2-year limited warranty
- Mechanical components: 1-year limited warranty
- Installation: 90-day warranty
Warranty coverage excludes damage from improper use, accidents, or extreme weather events.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your installation appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled installation may incur a fee. Rescheduling can be arranged subject to availability. We understand that circumstances change and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
5. Maintenance Requirements
To maintain proper function and extend the life of your garage screen, regular cleaning and maintenance is recommended. We provide care instructions with every installation. Following these guidelines will help ensure your screen system operates smoothly for years to come.
